Scott S. Taylor, 51, of Charleroi, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021, after a yearlong battle with cancer. Born on April 22, 1970, he was the son of the late John Taylor and Donna Gray Taylor, who survives, of Charleroi. He was a member of The Hallelujah Ministry, Charleroi, and had worked as an independent contractor and as a maintenance person for Davenport Hall. Scott is survived by his wife, Jill Martorella Taylor; son, Scott Taylor of Gettysburg; stepchildren, Jacob and Jordyn Jericho of Charleroi; sister, Kim (Lou) Rialti of Monessen; close friends, Barry Rach of Charleroi and Richard Stoffer of Donora; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Pete and Laurie Martorella of Charleroi; several nieces and nephews; and his dogs, Apollo and LuLu. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother, John Taylor; and sister and brother-in-law, Donna “DeeDee” and Brian Naccarato. Friends will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 15, with 4 p.m. the time of services, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A.
