Laurisa ‘Lori’ Lechner – Donora

Laurisa “Lori” Lechner, 57, of Donora, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born April 11, 1963, in Los Angeles, Calif., Lori was the daughter of the late John Plagman and Henrietta “Kay” Keefer. Laurisa enjoyed going fishing and was a 1981 graduate of McGuffey High School. Surviving are her longtime boyfriend, Joe Booth of Donora; a son and daughter-in-law, Bill (Laurel) Lechner of Bethel Park; and a daughter and son-in-law, Jessica (Matt) Arnold of Clairton; four sisters, April Filipiak of Hickory; Leia Lechner of New Eagle; Aloha Ecklund of Eighty Four and Levetta Sherrill of Donora; seven grandchildren, Laurisa Gereshenski and fiancé Cory Gardner, Jacob Gereshenski and fiancée Hailey Wolfe, Kayla Gereshenski (Cameron Homer), Dominic Gereshenski, Austin Kreitzer, Gavin Arnold and Maverick Arnold; and two great-granddaughters, Brooklyn and Gracie. Preceding her in death were her husband, William Lechner; her daughter, Mandy (Lechner) Gereshenski, who died Feb. 20, 2017; and a grandson, Tyler Gereshenski, who died July 21, 2020.
