Cecelia B. “CeCe” Balliard Vignoli, 93, of New Eagle, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020, in Walnut Ridge Memory Care, Greensburg. Born April 21, 1927, in Union Township, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Celina Provost Balliard. CeCe was a 1945 graduate of Monongahela High School and retired in 1985 from Verizon (formerly Bell of Pennsylvania) in Pittsburgh. The last surviving member of her immediate family, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Kathleen Vignoli of New Eagle; two granddaughters, Beth and husband Mark Brletich of New Eagle and Jodi and husband Marc Burnes of Peters Township; and two great-grandsons, Bryson and Ian Burnes. Preceding her in death were her husband, Justine “Gus” Vignoli, who died Jan. 15, 2017; five sisters, Florence Rinchetti, Marie Furiga, Ann Furiga, Frances Delvitto and Gertrude Adam; and a brother, Bernard X. Balliard. Funeral services were held in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville. MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, was in charge of the arrangements.
