Charleroi picked up its fourth consecutive shutout victory with a 4-0 triumph over McGuffey in Section 3-2A play Monday.

Eben McIntyre netted a pair of goals, while Sam Iacovangelo and Dom Yocolano each added one for the Cougars (4-0, 4-0).

“The team is playing as a compliment unit,” Charleroi head coach Jon Ducoli said. “Team chemistry is definitely playing a big part in our game play. The younger players and players that have been on the team are reading one another beautifully.”

Jacob Jericho and Nate Mazon combined for the shutout. Jericho faced just two shots in the first half, while Mazon faced four in the second.

Charleroi led 3-0 at halftime.
