Patricia A. Krivda Senko, 89, of Washington Township, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 25, 2020, at Hallsworth House, Monessen, with her loving family by her side. Born Nov. 18, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Margaret W. Gardner Krivda. A lifelong resident of Washington Township, Mrs. Senko was a member of the former Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, where she was an active member of the Handmaids of the Holy Spirit and served on parish council. She later became a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church when the parishes merged. She was retired from Donora Sportswear, where she worked as a seamstress, enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing and catering. She is survived by her three children, Patti Tacoronte of Chesapeake, Va., John Senko and wife Cheryl of Charleroi, and Stefanie McCulloch and husband Donald of Washington Township; four grandchildren, Bradley Tacoronte, Natalie Tacoronte, Shannon McCulloch and Brock McCulloch; a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Dave Fleming of Murrysville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Senko (Feb. 23, 2018); and infant daughter, Theresa Margaret Senko. Visitation will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 28, at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183. Prayers of transfer will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, June 29, in the funeral home, followed by funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Hallsworth House and OSPTA Home for loving care of our Mom ‘Gigi.’ Keeping in compliance with the county and state mandate of “green phase,” guests are asked to please abide by personal protective guidelines.
