Kelley Ann Ulander, 52, of Pittsburgh, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 28, 2020. Born in North Charle- roi on Sept. 14, 1967, she was the daughter of Robert G. and Norma Jean Troy Wassil, both of whom survive and reside in Rostraver Township. Kelley was employed at The Cork Factory in Pittsburgh. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her twin daughters, Brianne N. (Edward) Avau of Monongahela and Brittany N. Ulander (Keith Pyle) of Confluence; granddaughters, Vienna and Emberlee Avau; brother, Scott (Marianne) Wassil of Rostraver; sister, Bobbi Jean (Robert) Duda of Donora; niece, Brooke Duda; nephews, Bobby Duda and Jakob Wassil; a special aunt, Lois Talbert of Fort Myers, Fla.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kelley was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James and Anna Troy; and her paternal grandparents, George and Ann Wassil. Due to the COVID-19 virus, there will be no visitation.
