Surprise ‘party’ for Ally

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Ally Rygelski’s 4th birthday celebration with her family in Walt Disney World was canceled, but she was still treated to a special surprise Wednesday. Along with the Stockdale Volunteer Fire Department, family and friends had a surprise birthday party parade outside her Roscoe home.
