Sandra L. McGurk – Charleroi

Sandra L. McGurk, 64, of Charleroi, passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020, at Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born Aug. 18, 1955, in North Charleroi, the daughter of the late Louis Rialti and Barbara Withers Cosner. Sandra graduated from Charleroi High School in the Class of 1973 and California University of Pennsylvania in the Class of 1991. Sandra was a member of St. Mary’s Anglican Church, the American Legion and the Belgium Club, all of Charleroi. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed gardening, picnicking, camping and boating. Sandra is survived by her companion, Eugene Larson; two daughters, Bobbie Indof and Eric Vavrick of Monongahela, and Roxanne Luci of New Eagle; four sisters, Toni Boulanger of Charleroi and her friend Comer Bentz, Linda Fiorino and husband John of Belle Vernon, Maria Mugrage and husband Allen of Charleroi, and Barbara Calladine and husband Pete of Richeyville; her brother, Louis Rialti and wife Kim of Monessen; four grandchildren, Alexandra and Jeremy Indof, Zachery Cowell and Isabella Vernet; Eugene Larson’s daughter, Susan Howell and husband Brett and Michael Larson and wife Danielle; grandchildren, Courtney Howell, Alyssa and Dylan Larson; and multiple nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.schrock-hogan.com.
