Ronald A. Pacy, 84, of Monessen, passed away at home on Feb. 4, 2020. He was born in Donora, Sept. 23, 1935, son of the late Premo and Dolores Bachetti Pacy. Ron was a member of the St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, Donora Campus. He had been a member of the Monessen Elks BPOE No. 773 and was an avid golfer. Ron had served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War from 1954 to 1958. He had taught drafting design and the CAD System at Carrick High School for 33 years prior to his retirement. He had also served the Monessen City School Board for 10 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved first wife, Rose Basko Pacy; his beloved daughter, Cheryl Pacy Colbert; and sisters, Eugenia Pacy Guerra and husband Jim and Rena Pacy Altamare and husband Robert. Surviving are his beloved wife, Ace Falkenhan Pacy; daughter, Lynne Pacy Beidler and husband Robert; grandchildren, Blake Nathan, Jacob Beidler and Kevin and Michael Colbert; several great-grandchildren; brother, Primo and wife Rose Pacy; in-laws, Paul and wife Kay Falkenhan and Father Bud Falkenhan; son-in-law, Gary Colbert; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC. 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Prayers will be said in the funeral home 10:30 a.m. Saturday, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew the Apostle, Donora Campus, with Father Bud Falkenhan officiating. Entombment will follow at the Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum of Monessen. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Ron’s name be made to St. Jude’s Hospital.
