Charlotte Santo – Roscoe

Charlotte Santo, 88, of Roscoe, passed away on Monday, Jan. 6, 2020, at Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born in Stockdale, on Sept. 24, 1931, a daughter of John and Margaret Usher Thorpe. Charlotte was a member of the former St. Joseph’s Church Roscoe and a member of St. Katherine Drexel Parish. She was an avid bingo player, loved polkas and enjoyed watching cooking shows. She is survived by three children: Cheryl (Frank) Smith of Washington, Denny (Marilyn) Santo of South Huntingdon Township, and Andrea (Bob) Zdancewicz of Roscoe; three grandchildren, Kimberly, Kelly and Bryanann; two great-grandchildren; one brother and a sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew “Ace” Santo; five brothers and three sisters.  Private funeral services and entombment were held at Mon Valley Park, Carroll Township.
