Another member of the Pagans Motorcycle Club charged in connection with a brutal attack in Charleroi earlier this year has accepted a plea agreement.

Brian Keruskin, 57, of Sheppard Avenue, North Charleroi, pleaded no contest to one count of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.

Deputy Assistant District Attorney Jason Walsh said the prosecution withdrew charges of conspiracy to commit homicide, conspiracy to commit simple assault and criminal solicitation to tamper with evidence.
