Gloria M. Forsyth Campbell Frye, 74, of Rostraver, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019. Born in Forward Township on April 4, 1945, she was the daughter of the late David and Margaret McCall Forsyth. She was the adopted daughter of Edward and Edna McAdoo. A homemaker, Gloria was an active member of Gospel Alliance Church in Rostraver Township prior to becoming ill. She was very creative and enjoyed ceramics, knitting and decorating. She is survived by her husband, John L. Frye Sr.; children, Dianne Caudill of Rostraver, Vernon D. (Terri) Campbell of Monessen, Sonya Bergman of Monessen and Darlene (Mike) Olivio of Monessen; step-children, Clayton Frye II of New Salem, Suzanne Frye of New Salem, Dennis M. (Sherry) Frye Sr. of Ruffs Dale, Roy (Joni) Frye of Donora, John L. Frye Jr. of Ohio and Christopher (Kara) Frye of Kentucky; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Harold Forsyth of England, Kenny (Barbara) Forsyth of McDonald and Edward (Candy) McAdoo of Donora; sisters, Karen Hoak of Hunker and Patricia McAdoo of Perryopolis; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. At Gloria’s request, there will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Gospel Alliance Church, Fellsburg, with Pastor Bob Riconda officiating. Interment will follow in Fells Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Dr., Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com.
