Alyssa May Shemasek – Monongahela

Alyssa May Shemasek, 30, of Monongahela, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019. She was born March 8, 1989, in Monongahela, daughter of the late Andrew Bly Shemasek and Lisa Denise Tack. Alyssa was a graduate of Charleroi High School, The Cosmetology Academy-Douglas Education Center in Monessen and worked at various hair salons. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bentleyville. Surviving are the love of her life and son, Landen Pusateri, and his father, Shawn Pusateri; brother, Jason Shemasek of Charleroi; paternal grandparents, Lorraine and Marty Uher of Monongahela; maternal grandparents, Ernie and Toni Tack of Bakersfield, Charlotte Campbell of Seminole, Fla.; and paternal step-grandmother, Eilene Shemasek of Ohio. Deceased is paternal grandfather, John Bly “Jack” Shemasek. Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Visit www.thompson-marodi.com to leave a condolence message.
