There have been plenty of storms around the Valley this summer, many with some wild and dangerous lightning.
Thomas Jefferson’s offense operated just like some of that lightning Friday, striking quickly, early and often during its Week 0 matchup with visiting Canon-McMillan.
The Jaguars (1-0) scored on four one-play possessions in the first half en route to a 54-10 win.
TJ quarterback Shane Stump helped bring the thunder with early touchdown passes of 75 and 78 yards. He also had an 80-yard run.
