Allen Michael Basel – Monessen, formerly of Charleroi

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, The Good Lord called another angel home. Allen Michael Basel was born Aug. 9, 1988, to his proud parents, Rosemarie Fisher Basel and Michael Basel. Allen was a very kind-hearted and loving person who had a never give up attitude. We lost a funny, loving, reach out to help anyone person. He is survived by his mother, Rosemarie Fisher Basel; his father, Michael Basel; his son, Alonzo Lucas Basel; three brothers, Michael Basel (Mairim), Tony Basel (Shauna), and Jordan Basel; three nephews, Elijah Reines, and Eric and Ethan Basel; niece, Melissa Kinzler; aunts, Donna Kopecek, Annamae (John) Kachursky; uncles, James (Lisa) Axton and Jack Fisher; aunts, Gina Basel and Jeanette Matson; paternal grandmother, Evelyn Basel; and he leaves behind his fiancée, Maria Stringhill. Allen was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Anita and Jack Fisher; paternal grandfather, James Basel Jr.; his sister, Anita Basel; nephew, Lucas Basel; and uncle, James Kopecek. Friends will be received from 1 to 6 p.m. the time of service, on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.
