BeeGraphix surprised everyone in the opening game of Grebb League action as they rolled over Farmers Insurance, 81-49, at Mechanic Street Playground in California.
Despite being eliminated from postseason contention, BeeGraphix came ready to play Tuesday.
“We’ve had a lot of kids on vacation and played with five guys for most of last week,” said BeeGraphix coach Derek Anderson. “When we’re together, we have great chemistry and it shows just like it did today. They played a really great game.”
Despite the loss, Farmers was able to wrap up a playoff spot as Dairy Queen fell to Campy’s in the final game of the night.
