Lorraine Babich – Jefferson Township

Lorraine Babich, 84, of Jefferson Township, Fayette City, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019, in Uniontown at the residence of her caregiver, Vicki Seftas. She was born Sept. 17, 1934, in Jefferson Township, daughter of Anthony McCune and Sophia Blaschak McCune. She is survived by her sister, Anita Filchock, and sister-in-law, Betty Jean McCune, both of Fayette City, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Babich; daughter, Paula Babich; brother, Alex McCune; and sister and brother-in-law, Loretta and Regis Geller. Friends will be received from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at ELEY-MCCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC., Fayette City, www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. A blessing service will be held at Eley-McCrory Funeral Home at 11 a.m. July 23, 2019, with the Rev. Father Timothy J. Knuthaupt officiating. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
