William ‘Billy Todd’ Criswell Monongahela

William “Billy Todd” Criswell, 59, of Monongahela, passed away April 15, 2019, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. ​Born Oct. 1, 1959, in New Eagle, he was the loving and attentive son of Ruth Todd Selelyo.​ In addition to his mother, he is survived by his devoted sister, Holly (Selelyo) Zabroski and her sons, Zachary and Matthew Zabroski; his son, Tyler; aunt, Ruby Todd; as well as cherished cousins and extended family. ​He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, William Todd and Ruby A. Phillips Todd.​ Bill had a strong faith that he shared with his girlfriend of many years, Julie Seraly Nicholas. He enjoyed music, cars, motorcycles and was well read, particularly in history. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was an avid animal lover. Memorial contributions in Bill’s name may be made to the Washington Area Humane Society, P.O. Box 66, Eighty Four, PA 15330. Visitations and interment were private and handled by FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC. of Monongahela.
