As a baseball coach, some losses will make you scratch your head. Some will make you shake your head. Others may make you kick dirt.
On Thursday, Luke Mollis didn’t have to do any of that.
His Charleroi Cougars were squashed by Section 3-3A co-leader Keystone Oaks, 13-0, in a game called after five innings.
There was very little Mollis could say because the Golden Eagles (7-2, 5-1) hit the ball hard, played good defense and got solid pitching in routing his Cougars (4-6, 2-4).
