McKeesport honors Pacella

Friday night was not just your garden variety basketball Senior Night at Mc-Keesport High School.

Yes it was a night to celebrate the hard work of four Tiger veterans as well as recognize a school record performance by Deamontae Diggs.

However, it was so much more than that.

Basketball legend and former head coach Dan Pacella, who roamed the sidelines for 24 years at the school, was celebrated during halftime of the Tigers’ 58-50 win over Gateway.
