Donora to present balanced budget

Donora borough’s finance committee hopes to pass a preliminary 2019 budget Thursday that will hold the line on taxes.

Council members also heard from Pre-Act 47 consultant Debbie Grass, who praised the officials for their conservative budgeting practices.
