Second chances cost BVA in loss to Franklin Regional

A heaping helping of seconds and thirds.

Scoring chances, that is.

That’s what the Belle Vernon Area basketball team surrendered Friday in a 68-41 loss to Franklin Regional at the Hempfield Tournament. The Leopards (0-1) gave up nearly two dozen offensive rebounds to the Panthers (1-0).
