Monessen’s HalloweenTown moving indoors

HalloweenTown, set for noon to 6 p.m. Sunday in Monessen, will be held indoors because of the expected rain and cold temperatures this weekend.

The Halloween-themed arts and crafts market, which includes several vendors and zombie-themed card games, will move from the boat launch to the Monessen Civic Center at 861 Donner Ave.
