Charleroi’s Zelich to head superintendents group again

For the second year Charleroi Area Superintendent Dr. Ed Zelich has been named president of the Washington County Superintendents Association.

Zelich announced his reappointment to the position during the Charleroi Area School Board business meeting on Tuesday.
