Disaster loans available for eligible White Oak residents

White Oak Borough Manager John Palyo announced that financial assistance may be available for residents who experienced flooding after heavy rains that ripped through the Mon Valley in September.

Palyo said the U.S. Small Business Administration is offering disaster loans as a result of an emergency Pennsylvania Flooding Declaration made on Sept. 9 and again on Sept. 10.
