Fallowfield family to stand trial on heroin charges

Members of a Fallowfield Township family accused of selling drugs to confidential informants on several occasions face trial in Washington County Court.

In the first set of charges filed in August, Donald Franks, 49, Melissa Franks, 43, and their son, Jobe Franks, 23, all of Woodward Avenue, were accused of drug law violations by state police after confidential informants allegedly bought heroin from Jobe and Melissa Franks on April 5 near Coyle Run Road.
