Community Fest set in NBV

North Belle Vernon will host its second annual Community Fest Sept. 15 at Community Bank Park.

Cody Ambrose, a North Belle Vernon resident and California University of Pennsylvania public relations major, is working with the borough parks and recreation commission to make the event even bigger than last year.
