The campus pastor of a Rostraver Township church has big ideas to meet the needs of youth in the Mon Valley: organize a rowing team.

As campus pastor of the Bible Chapel in Rostraver’s Pricedale section, Nathanael Stevens knows firsthand the benefits rowing can offer.
