Area man charged with threatening to kill former girlfriend

A North Charleroi man is accused of threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend before turning himself into police.

Thomas Swanson, 19, of Wilson Road is charged with making terroristic threats and harassment after allegedly calling and texting Jaime Ramsey, violating a Protection From Abuse order.
