Editorial: Schools are opening; please drive safely

SEVERAL AREA SCHOOLS are about to reopen, and all will be in session by the end of the month.

That means much more activity in the mornings as thousands of children around the Valley head off to school after an all-too-quick summer vacation. It also means area drivers will need to be extra careful in school zones and extra watchful for school buses on the roadway.
