Charleroi man charged in fraud theft case

A Charleroi man who has two preliminary hearings scheduled for today is now also slated for an arraignment in a third case.

Charles D. Sleith Jr., 51, of Craven Street will be arraigned on charges of theft by deception and deceptive or fraudulent business practices today in front of Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson in Monongahela.
