Charleroi family accused of selling heroin

A Charleroi family is accused of selling drugs to a confidential informant on two separate occasions.

Drug law violations were filed against Donald Franks, 49 and Melissa Franks, 43, of Woodland Avenue with Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins in Charleroi on Monday.
