Business owner hopes to start second fall festival in Donora

Donora might be the scene of two fall festivals this October as a business owner steps up with a new plan.

Patricia Mitchel, who owns Lovin Care Thrift Store on McKean Avenue, asked borough council during a workshop meeting Thursday night if she can close down part of the downtown area for a parade and an Oktoberfest style festival with vendors.
