Allegheny County seeking ‘high priority’ fugitives

The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in finding alleged fugitives that have been deemed “high priority” by Allegheny County Family Division, and may be living in the Mon Valley.
The individuals have been determined to be high priority because they are:
• Clients who have absconded from alternative housing.
• Direct hearing “no-show” defendants.
• Party to support establishment cases.
• Have not responded or reported for their case requirements.
The following individuals are wanted by the sheriff’s office and are suspected to be living in the Mon Valley:
McKeesport
• Tammy Harper, 42, is a 5-foot-5-inch tall white female weighing around 220-pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
• Glen Stevens Jr., 30, is a 6-foot-1-inch tall white male with brown hair and blue eyes weighing around 230-pounds.
• Julaine Waters, 46, is a 5-foot-3-inch black female with black hair and brown eyes weighing around 150-pounds.
Monessen
• Anthony Nelson, 30, is a 6-foot-1-inch bald black male with brown eyes. He was last seen with facial hair and weighs approximately 185-pounds.
“If you know the whereabouts of a non-support fugitive it is suggested that you call the sheriff’s office at 412-350-3204,” Sheriff William Mullen said. “All phone calls are kept completely anonymous.”
Anyone who does not wish to speak with an actual person can submit an anonymous tip online at www.sheriffalleghenycounty.com/tips.
Mullen said anyone who believes they have a warrant must show up at the sheriff’s office in person because the office does not give out warrant information over the phone.
The sheriff’s office is located in room 111 of the Allegheny County Courthouse located at 436 Grant Street in downtown Pittsburgh.
