The free online event is set for Tuesday.

Food & Water Watch, Environmental Health Project, Environmental Integrity Project, and Mountain Watershed will hold the first in a series of online educational webinars about environmental concerns in Pennsylvania.
The event is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday and is free and open to the public.
A panel of experts will speak about the impacts of fracking, data centers and other heavy industrial projects have on public health for Pennsylvania communities.
Speakers will share personal testimony, research findings, information on how to stay safe, and the latest updates on the proposed data center in Elizabeth Township. This comes as the data center industry eyes Pennsylvania communities for development.
Dozens of projects have been proposed to robust opposition, including in Elizabeth Township, where hundreds spoke out against a data center proposal just last month.
Speakers will include:
• Dr. Ned Ketyer, MD, FAAP, American Academy of Pediatrics Council on environmental health and climate change; Physicians for Social Responsibility Pennsylvania President; Environmental Health Project Medical Advisor Janice Blanock, MAD-FACTS Founder.
• Em Hough, Mountain Watershed Association community organizer.
• Talor Musil, MSW, Environmental Health Project field manager.
• Joelle Whiteman, Food & Water Watch senior Pennsylvania organizer.
• Lisa Graves Marcucci, Environmental Integrity Project Pennsylvania community outreach coordinator Register for the meeting at https://fwwat.ch/3WtAx83.
