Sally Ann Neil – Washington, Pa.

Sally Ann Neil, 74, of Washington, Pa., passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, at home. Born in North Charleroi on Oct. 28, 1952, she was a daughter of the late James and Florence Moses Neil. She was Episcopalian by faith, and a longtime member of the former St. John Episcopal Church in Donora.
