• David A White, 59, of Charleroi was charged with two counts of DUI, two counts of disorderly conduct engaged in fighting and simple assault stemming from an alleged traffic incident Sept. 21, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 3.
