Wanda Marie Kotlensky, 69, of North Charleroi, passed away on Sept. 24, 2026, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. Wanda was born in Monongahela on July 8, 1957, to the late Raymond II and Gertrude Frere. Wanda will be remembered most for the love she had for her family and friends.
