• Dennis Mendicino, 45, of Perryopolis was charged with simple assault, harassment, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and obstruction of highways stemming from an alleged traffic incident Aug. 8, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge John Christner is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. Oct. 26.
