Ruth Elaine Selelyo, 82, of Elizabeth, died Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, in her home. She was born Oct. 8, 1943, in New Eagle, the daughter of William L. and Ruby A. Phillips Todd. Ruth was a member of First Baptist Church in Monongahela. She had a deep faith that she instilled in her family. She was a kind and loving caregiver to many of her family members and cherished every moment with her grandchildren. Ruth loved to cook, dance, read books and watch old movies.
