• Aric Wayne Ostrowski, 41, of California, Pa. was charged with two counts of criminal trespassing - entering a structure, evading arrest or detention on foot, possessing an instrument of crime with intent, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an alleged incident on Thursday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. Sept. 23.
