James L. Manges Sr., 89, of Donora, passed away on Sunday , Sept. 6, 2026, at Penn Highlands, Mon Valley Hospital. He was born on March 28, 1937, son of the late John and Pauline Semosky Manges. He worked for over 35 years for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Allenport Plant. Mr. Manges was an avid gardener who loved planting flowers, especially impatiens.
