Andrea ‘Andy’ M. Necciai Mendicino – New Eagle

Andrea “Andy” M. Necciai Mendicino, 67, of New Eagle, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 19, 2026, in her home. She was born Sept. 12, 1958, in Monongahela, a daughter of the late Anthony “Nibbs” and Joyce Holsapple Necciai. Andy was a 1976 graduate of the Ringgold School District (Monongahela Campus) and had bartended at various taverns and bars over the years.
