• Richard Alan Cameron Jr., 37, of Donora was charged with resisting arrest, institutional vandalism, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness Tuesday. Cameron is being held in the Washington County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is set for 10:45 a.m. Sept. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson.
