Old garage coming down at Penn Highlands

Following initial site preparation, demolition work began this week on the parking garage at Penn Highlands Mon Valley in Carroll Township. Crews have started taking down the back corner of the structure. This teardown marks the first major physical milestone in replacing the aging garage with a modern, level, paved parking lot featuring upgraded safety lighting and improved campus access.
