illiam A. Smith Jr., 82, of Rostraver Township, died Monday, July 27, 2026. Born in North Charleroi on July 4, 1944, he was the son of the late William A. Smith Sr. and Alice Weisner Smith. Bill was a 1962 graduate of Rostraver High School and always participated in the RHS class reunions and get togethers.
