It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing on Friday, July 3, 2026, of Cindy Lynn Keenan Degler, 59, of Marysville, Ohio, formerly o f Monongahela. Cindy was born on Sept. 22, 1966, to the late Warren and Virginia Merolillo Keenan. She was raised in New Eagle, and attended the Ringgold School District.
