It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of William Charles Lloyd, 79, of Monongahela, who entered eternal rest on Friday, July 10, 2026. Bill, Billy, or Pappy, as he was fondly known, leaves behind a remarkable legacy of faith, service, and scholarship. Bill was born in Pittsburgh on Aug. 24, 1946.
