Timothy Lee Buell, 71, of Charleroi, Carroll Township, died Thursday, July 9, 2026, in Jefferson Hospital. He was born April 11, 1955, in New Eagle, the son of Dr. George P. and Lorena Luethke Buell. Tim was a 1973 graduate of Ringgold High School, Monongahela Division. He retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, where he was employed as an equipment operator.
