William Jerome Kotlar, 84, of Washington Township, passed away on June 30, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Johnstown on Jan. 17, 1942, a son of the late William Andrew and Mary Victoria Kotlar. Mr. Kotlar was Catholic by faith and retired as a welder from Westinghouse. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Rae Kotlar; daughters, Kristina Marie and Michele Rae Kotlar; daughter-in-law, Dina Kotlar; and several siblings.
